This is my 2nd Burr n Grind. My original lasted 11 years so I had to get a new one. Just as amazing but more improved as this one doesn't spill out when pouring from the carafe. Hopefully I'll enjoy this one as long.

Absolutely love this coffee machine. I use the whole beans, grind them up and get a delicious hot fresh cup of coffee. I can set the grinder for 3 different settings depending on the strength my guests request.” Easy to use and clean!

Horrible grinder

This machine does not properly grind coffee. It only adjust for grind time. The coffee comes out to course for a proper and bold taste. Coffee comes out to light due to poor grinding

Tepid cup of coffee at best

I have used my burr grind and brew 3 times. It just arrived two days ago. I’m beyond disappointed. If you’re looking for a piping hot cup of coffee, this isn’t going to give you one. Otherwise, I love everything about it. But for what I paid for this machine, I should have HOT coffee, not the tepid coffee it makes. I’m returning it.

I have had this now for several months. It makes great tasting coffee but it is hard for me to believe no one at Cuisinart actually used this before putting it on the market. The coffee “thermos” cannot pour without dripping coffee all over. Google you tube for a video. And the less coffee in the pot the worse it is. AND I do not think the pot is actually insulated. Even after priming it with hot water the second cup is never hot, only warm. Cuisinart has always been known for high quality products but someone really dropped the ball here.

Misleading description, makes weak coffee

Both the product description and the reviews are misleading. You CANNOT adjust the grind size beyond setting the strength. The actual grind size is set and in my opinion is too coarse and produces a weak brew even when the machine is set on the strongest setting. I got this machine specifically for the grinder and now that aspect is worthless. I will have to pre grind my coffee in a separate grinder to get a decent cup. Very disappointing. Unfortunately I cannot return it so I’m stuck with an expensive coffee maker that does not perform as described.
