I have had this now for several months. It makes great tasting coffee but it is hard for me to believe no one at Cuisinart actually used this before putting it on the market. The coffee “thermos” cannot pour without dripping coffee all over. Google you tube for a video. And the less coffee in the pot the worse it is. AND I do not think the pot is actually insulated. Even after priming it with hot water the second cup is never hot, only warm. Cuisinart has always been known for high quality products but someone really dropped the ball here.

Cuisinart coffee maker kept malfunctioning. I only wanted 4 cups and it kept grinding for 10! Wasted quite a bit of expensive bulletproof coffee! When not using grinder the options on screen disappear and it’s unclear what levels your making. I had to return it and got a breville instead. Now that one was so much easier to use and made the coffee exactly how I wanted it too.

I received one of these for Christmas and WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! When you pour your cup of coffee, most of it goes in the cup but the other 5% dribbles all over your counter. It’s not as hot as I’d like and it will only allow you to make even numbers of cups, not 5 not 7...ugh!!! Huge bust!!

I bought this a month ago. I was excited about it because we have always ground our own beans because the coffee is much better when the beans are freshly ground. The machine worked as designed. Unfortunately the coffee did not taste very good. We tried everything to get the coffee to taste better and were unsuccessful. The grinder grinds the beans too finely, making the coffee bitter. There was no way to adjust the grind. This may be OK for some but not for us. Also the stainless steel carafe did not keep the coffee hot. We returned the item.

After about a month of using the coffee maker it would not brew. It kept beeping and would shut off and yes the pot leaks. I returned it. I owned the old model in the past and it never had issues. Very disappointing.

Disappointed in this model. The pot makes it difficult to pour out of spot. Coffee does not stay hot in pot while on.
