Great product. Works perfectly to make sandwiches. The only reason I took out one star is due to the chord that is cumbersome to manage. After only second use, it got stuck between the plates and melted a little bit and I had to tape it.

So easy to use. This is our second Sandwich Grill and we couldn't be more satisfied. The simplest of sandwiches come out perfectly. And even though you can't remove the metal plates, it's so easy to clean, you won't miss that.
