Great computer. Loads Windows very fast when turning on. Graphics and sound are great. I like the large screen and the small space this takes up. Seems to stay cool (my old laptop was starting to easily overheat and then did not function properly--delay with keystrokes the longer it was on). The only thing that is not as convenient on this All-In-One is the plug-ins for USB, etc. are in the middle back. I have this close to the wall and that is a bit unhandy to do backups to a flash drive or plug in my wireless keyboard to charge but I can deal with it. For anyone wondering as I was, you have the ability to move the screen higher or lower for desired height. I'm short and do not like looking up too high! Overall, I am really enjoying this computer.

Very fast and capable. However, the quality of the speakers, microphone, and camera are very poor. If I'm listening to music at a moderate or louder volume, I can hear crackling.
The microphone and camera are located on a slider which I can push back into the monitor when not in use. I appreciate the security of this feature, however, the microphone isn't very sensitive and I've had to start speaking much louder in order to be heard. The video quality of the camera is quite poor (similar to early 2010's camera phone) and the camera angle is not adjustable.
All in all, I wouldn't buy this model a 2nd time, but I purchased the computer on sale and the drawbacks aren't bad enough that I'm willing to return it to buy something better at full price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need erase hard drive reload windows due to unknown bitlocker passeord.

Fun and wonderful!!! I am "of a certain age" and was nervous as could be about "graduating" to a fancy new computer. No need to have been in a panic as it's a delight! While I still have things to learn about it, I love using it and exploring. A real treat!
