Clear picture; overall, could use some "tweeks"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the picture quality and overall ease of use of the tv. However, as a "senior citizen" the remote control is very difficult to use. The buttons are so tiny that, with arthritis in hands it's easy to click the wrong one. Also, looking at the buttons, sure hope you have good eyesight! A slightly larger control would be a great advantage.
I think there could be more volume controls, but I have a hearing loss and maybe it's me...not the set. Would recommend Q7FD QLED 4K TV (2025) to anyone who wants a good, reasonably priced television!

Blew My Expectations Out of the Water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had TVs before, but nothing touches the Samsung 50’’ Q7F QLED 4K TV—this thing is a game-changer. The picture quality? INSANE. Every scene looks like it was filmed right in front of me. The colors are so vibrant it’s almost disrespectful to other TVs. Deep blacks, crystal-clear whites, and details I didn’t even know I was missing. Watching 4K content feels like a private IMAX screening in my living room.
The QLED technology makes a massive difference. Even in a bright room, there’s zero glare—everything is sharp and vivid. Gaming on it? Butter-smooth. The low latency and motion handling make every frame count. I’ve actually replayed cutscenes just to watch the detail again. And don’t even get me started on the sound. It’s rich, balanced, and fills the room without needing a soundbar—although it pairs beautifully if you add one.
The interface is fast, clean, and makes streaming easy. I can jump between Netflix, YouTube, and live TV with zero lag. And the voice remote? Chef’s kiss. It’s like this TV was built to make life easier—and it does.
This isn’t just a TV. It’s a full-blown entertainment upgrade. Samsung didn’t just make a product—they made an experience. If you’re on the fence, just get it. You’ll thank yourself every time you turn it on

Missing optical audio output connector

I had to take it back. 1 it was a pain to setup, but I finally got it setup and went to start hooking it up to my surround system... that's problem #2 WHERE IS THE OPTICAL AUDIO OUPT!?! I was looking at cheaper tvs that had it so why was this tv missing it? Needless to say I took it back and got a LG and it's far superior.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not yet support Spectrum TV app

I purchased on 4/9/2025 and after setup realize the TV does not support Spectrum TV app. I may need to return it if the next software update doesn't include Spectrum. See my support ticket number: 2318140600. Please notify me when this TV will support Spectrum TV app.
