Great TV, some lags

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We mainly just use this TV for all of our streaming platforms. The picture is great and I like how it automatically switches the viewing mode depending on how the shows are recorded. The built in gaming feature where we can pair our Xbox Controller to the TV is amazing. Really the only issue with the TV after about a year of owning is a lag opening some aps and requires a hard reset. I also wish that the last used app wouldn't just automatically open from the home page, I turn on the TV and as I'm scrolling to let's say Hulu the TV will automatically open HBO Max as it was the last app used and I'll have to close out and then scroll to the Hulu app

Disappointed in Samsung

The color and clarity of this television is 5 stars. The remote and lack of apps are terrible. If you have Filo tv app, it is not available for Samsung tv. I connected my Roku software pad to get more apps. Samsung needs to expand the amounts of apps available to the public. The remote is not well designed. The remote is too small, you have to push the volume or channel button up with your fingernail. The next time I purchase a television. I will buy Roku 4K Television. The remote is bigger, buttons are easier to push. I have not purchased a Samsung television in 11 years. This will be my last purchase. The volume is okay compared to Roku 4K television.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First, please know the Philo app is available on the Samsung U8000F TV. To search for and download apps via the built-in app store, go to Home> Left Cursor over to the Search Bar> Type in Philo> Download app.
Regarding the remote control, Samsung remotes are designed to offer convenient control; however, we understand if you prefer to use a universal remote.

Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV! It was so easy to setup. I literally connected the power and it started right up, and walked me through the whole setup process. The sound quality is excellent as well. It comes through crisp and clear. The graphics are great too. The movies and shows I played were clear and crisp. The remote was super easy to connect as well. I just popped in the batteries and it connected. I also tried the mobile app, and that was super smooth. Usually, I have a hard time getting things to connect, but this was a breeze. I am loving it! I would highly recommend it.

Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV. It has a big screen making for a perfect viewing experience. The videos come through bright and clear. It was really easy to set up, especially with the help of my tech-savvy wife! Really though, it was super easy. It was as easy as plugging in, and turning on. The control connected immediately without any issue. Setting up the app on my phone was super easy as well. Usually, it is a pain to get things to connect through WIFI or bluetooth, but in the case of this TV, it popped right up and connected with no issue. That is a major selling point for me. Another thing I want to point out is how fast the TV is, there has been no glitching or delay when loading up something. I have experienced that with previous TVs, where it could not load up an applications, but this one had no problem! I would recommend it for anyone who wants a 65" TV that is super easy to setup, and connects to other devices with no problems.

Great TV - Fantastic Picture
