[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this slide-in for about 2 months. I do a lot of baking and upscale cooking. The range is far better than anything I have owned in the past. Temperatures are spot-on, control easy and intuitive. Appearance is quite nice as well as ease of maintenance. The prompts/notifications are efficient and handy. I would seriously reccmd this unit to any that are considering a range replacement.

Cooks well with some major usability flaws

Cons:
- Child lock does not turn off burners or lock oven door
- Stove top grates and griddle have a very rough texture difficult to clean and prone to scratching
- There is no option to leave the oven light on indefinitely
- Touchpad buttons are often difficult to push and do not respond on first try
- Knobs are easily turned causing you to accidentally turn change oven setting while cooking and lose your settings
Pros:
- Oven cooks well and maintains heat
- Air fryer and basket work well
- Burners are very powerful
- Smart oven features can be helpful like phone notification when preheating is finished and connecting to fan range to automatically turn on when the burner is started

Disappointing quality.

The range was installed a month ago and the right front burner quit lighting. I explained the problem and LG sent a repair person to fix, but he did not have the part to fix it, so I'm still waiting on the repair. The oven works fine for now.

Nice range, but poor quality control.

I bought this a couple of months ago and after one month of use, one of the igniters in the stovetop failed to provide the spark. LG had to send two separate techs to my home to fix the problem as the first one did not carry the repair part. Other than the lack of quality control, the range works well.

Stained burners and cooktop

Loved the look of this stove. Biggest let down is the black top. It becomes easily stained and stains don’t come off no matter what I try. The burners discolor quickly making my new stove look old. Tried soaking them and stains still there. Cooktop scratches easily from the grates no matter how careful I am. Would not recommend due to the fact if you want a new looking stove for years to come this isn’t the stove to buy! Very disappointed with this LG product
