[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2022 we renovated our kitchen. The new LG slide in range replaced our old built in gas cooktop and electric oven. It has really improved the appearance and functionality of our kitchen.
liking the new stove-learning to use! wish the oven racks were sturdier(seem flimsy to me)-also wish the control pamel had sone kind of light behind it-very hard to see.
The oven cooks a lot more evenly than our previous stove. I love the style of the stove especially the blue inside. My biggest issue is with the grates and burners. The grates and burners look like they are 5 years old already. Very disappointed, unsure if I would recommend to anyone

We received delivery in July This is one of the most beautiful stoves we have ever owned And that’s where it ends range top is a royal pain to clean We have tried several products recommended by LG none are any better Next the cast iron grates no matter how careful you are they will scratch the range top The elastic time clock always runs at least 20 minutes behind time.The burner caps have discolored along with the knobs One last thing look for something else

The display for the range Timer and +|- is a very pale grey color and extremely difficult to see. It is not illuminated. Very poor design and not very inclusive for all sight abilities.

Received product November 7th. I have had issues since day one. The oven was not holding temperature. I have had 5 visits from LG and this was the most difficult process to return an appliance I have ever had. DO NOT BUY LG

The range was installed a month ago and the right front burner quit lighting. I explained the problem and LG sent a repair person to fix, but he did not have the part to fix it, so I'm still waiting on the repair. The oven works fine for now.
