Excellent customer service from Ooni - very quick response on any queries. Only tried the gas part and pizzas turned out lovely. Also bought coal which I will try next time. No complaints and overall delighted.

Great quality cover. A neat fit. Only downside we have an Ooni frya and it has a pellet chamber which we have to detach and store separately. Very happy none the less. Looks very smart.
