A grat pizza oven

This pizza oven works very well. I use small pieces of well seasoned cedar wood. The oven as well as the pizza stone reach the advised temperatures in a short time. The base and the rim of the pizza are well cooked and the top is cooked to be delicious. Next i will try Tarte Flambee. The peel and the caver do what they have been advertised at very well.
