Got this as I'm going to be leaving my Karu outdoors for most of the year. Unfortunately after using the cover only a few times, the stitching around the elastic band started to come undone. separated from the cover. I went ahead and mended/sewed it back and so far is holding, but pretty disappointing that it come undone.

I think its is a well engineered oven. Ive used it a few times and have move it around in my backyard, so the portability of it is awesome yet it is very well made and sturdy. I love that it heats up and gets to temperature very quickly. I ve used wood pellets,Hickory wood chunks and charcoal, and they burn beautifully and head nice & even. The stone reaches temperature very quickly and is ready to cook within 20 - 30 minutes. I like that it is a very solid and NOT flimsy. This is a nice addition to my outdoor kitchen - gas grill, Smoker , charcoal/wood grill and now Pizza oven. Looking forward to using this a lot coming this spring and summer.

Coming apart at the seams....

So... Love my Ooni Karu oven! Using the heck out of it!
But the Cover I bought is literally coming apart at the seam after the first use. Disappointing.... Especially at the price I paid for it.

Love the carry cover. We remove the flue when we transport ours so a separate flue cover might be handy.
