It's fine, but cumbersome to put on and off. We don't carry the Karu anywhere and only bought it to use as a protective cover. We ended up buying an extra Weber gas grill cover and put it over the Karu (after taking the chimney off) and the stainless cart it sits on. Much easier, and keeps the cart clean, too.

We love this pizza oven. It even works in 10 degree weather. We have only used the gas burner so far. We will move to wood once we are totally comfortable with it first. I have a few videos on Tik Tok
