Oven Front Control Panel gets extremely hot when oven is on Bake

Bought the GCFE305CBF in July and am not happy with it. The front control panel gets extremely hot when the oven is on. A cooling fan will only kick in if you have the oven on Broil. If the oven is on Bake it never turns on. I recorded the front control panel getting to 70 degress Cesius. I fear this oven will not last long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
