Burners don't work within the first month

I purchased this cooktop last year, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Within the first month of delivery, two out of the five burners stopped heating. Two months later, another burner failed, leaving me with only two small burners that still work. As of now, three of the five burners are non-functional, and the issue has yet to be resolved. I am extremely disappointed with this product and feel I may have been unlucky with my purchase. This experience has made me reconsider buying Bosch products in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
