We love this cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch induction cooktop is the best cooktop we have used so far. The temperature/level settings offer very flexible incremental adjustments to dial in the precise setting. Stovetop cleans up easy.

New Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best cooktop we have ever had! We bought all KitchenAid appliances when we moved into our house 5 years ago. I wish we had purchased all Bosch appliances instead! Bosch is by far a more superior brand all around!

The Replacement

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Purchased this cooktop to replace a previous Bosch cooktop. Always cooked with gas in the past and was disappointed to see an induction cooktop in our new house. Thought that would switch it first opportunity. After using the induction for about a year, I have decided to not go back to gas. I get the same instant on and off as gas with the induction and, I do feel, I have a lot more control of temp and time with the induction.
I did manage to break the cooktop and did have the chance to swap it out but I had come to love the induction and replaced with a similar model from Bosch. I will not be going back to gas and have always appreciated Bosch as a quality appliance. Our dishwasher is also a Bosch and is amazing.
The amount of control I have with the Boschninduction is incredible and the half measures on levels is a huge improvement from the previous Bosch cooktop. Still a fan and have told others. Who knows. Maybe I can change some minds.

Confused first timer

We did not realize that we have to use a very high number to start anything and haven't figured out the right temp for each thing we cook yet.
Yesterday it got less coed and we couldn't figure out how to unlock it!
I could use a video tutorial showing us how to cook and get the best out of it!

Bosch induction cooktop 800 series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fourth glass cooktop I have owned, but only the second Bosch induction cooktop. I find the cooktop to be extremely easy to clean and very beautiful under my Bosch hood. I went for the 36" as I do a lot of cooking and wanted to have plenty of space. This cooktop is the perfect size. I am finding that I need to use a higher number 6 or 7, to get the food to saute faster. This is my first month with the cooktop and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an induction surface.
