I love this piece for the pizza oven, as a beginner and learning how to make pizza I prefer the gas attachment so I can have full control of the heat! Definitely worth it if you are learning!

Tried preheating for 40 minutes

Tried preheating for 40 minutes at about10 degrees Fahrenheit, would only get to 600 degrees in the oven.

The gas burner does take a little longer to heat up initially and between pizzas but it’s very easy to get going and to control the temperature during cooks.

Easy to install, a good investment. We have only used the oven once so we can't compare the performance to wood or charcoal but the pizzas were beautiful
