In the past I used a combination of charcoal and wood and it was hard to keep the oven hot for larger volume of cooking. Now with the gas burner is so much easier! Since its easier, I will be cooking a lot of pizzas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven gets really hot near the gas burner and burns the pizza, while the rest of the pizza stone does not get hot enough. Even after turning this pizza every 20 seconds, the top ends up burning while the dough is under cooked. Very very frustrating.
