A good modification to the

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good modification to the oven and allows much more control over the cooking temperature. I also found it easier to get to the temperatures needed to cook Neapolitan pizzas (750F). Only gripe is that it sometimes doesn't light the flame. This is clearly known about as they provide a gizzmo to allow you to use a match to light the burner. Very Heath Robinson...

Worth every penny. Keeps heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worth every penny. Keeps heat constant unlike charcoal/wood so ideal for cooking multiple pizzas. Doesn’t make any difference in cooking either, tastes the same with charcoal or gas!

Handy option

I bought this with the oven with a view to having the flexibility of multi fuel, and started with gas to ease the learning curve rather than manual fuelling as well, and it's worked so well I've not yet used the solid fuel default option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the gas burner as we thought it would be cleaner and it is, very easy to fit and use. Needs a little bit of practice but heat is constant so , for me, easier to use. Well packaged and arrived as advised.
