Great piece of extra kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great piece of equipment. It is easy to install and use and it produces a fantastic rolling flame in the oven. Great for convenience when we haven’t got time to wait for the wood. Heats the oven quickly and cooks pizza super fast. Haven’t worked out how much gas it actually uses whilst cooking but I would say a lot especially when the flame is at maximum. Although it is an extra expense when buying the pizza oven I am definitely glad we have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the gas burner to accompany my karu 12g. It's a great piece of kit, that makes a pretty simple process of making pizza even simpler and allows you to take ion outdoor with you. Turn on the gas and leave it to warm up, which only takes about 15 minutes, then cook. We recently took it camping and it performed great.

Like the convenience but not as hot a wood

I really struggled to get it (Karu 12) up to temperature 450deg and have resorted to keeping the door on to help with the temp. The manual states you can’t use with the door on Karu 12 but can with the 12g.

You will not regret it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is fantastic, the Karu is amazing and pizza tastes so good with some lump wood and little hardwood logs but this takes time to get it all going and also needs to be outside so we have to rely on the weather being good!!!! The gas attachment still makes fantastic pizzas just not the smoked flavour. We have been able to have pizza on an evening after work lots of times, light the gas and go prep, and come back to perfect temperature. We even pop a cheeky garlic bread or 2 in when we are having pasta dishes as it’s so quick. When we are using the gas we have it set up in the garage so the great British weather cannot ruin it. Yes it’s pricey, I deliberated over it for a good while, then after too many wet weekends that were also too windy for setting the gazebo up I got one ordered and we are so please we did. We have used it loads just us, had friends over and it’s a total smash hit for kids sleep over parties!!!! Just get it bought, you will not regret it!!

The Burner Runs Way Too Hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift for my brother. He told me earlier today he doesn't like it because the flame control is terrible. He can't regulate it properly and even on the lowest setting he is burning the top of his pizzas which is something he never had a problem with using lump coal the last 2 years.
