A little unclear how to ignite, though I seem to get it done. Definitely needs time to preheat the stone, but the results are worth it. Definitely recommend it over the wood option. Can't taste a noticeable difference.

We love this little pizza oven so much! It's perfect -- someone put a LOT of thought into this and it shows. We can't believe that it's so easy to use, and so efficient. about 6 little chunks of wood is enough for over an hour of a great fire. Very easy to light, not a steep learning curve to make amazing pizza. We just tried a spatchcocked chicken (jerk) last night and it was moist and delish. Thanks!

We like the gas burner. We struggled with consistant pizzas using wood to fire the oven and gas really helps in that regard.

This was a game changer for me. I had trouble with just using wood as a fuel and this burner was exactly what I needed. It was very easy to install and provided good, consistent heat that was easy to control. I wish I would have bought it sooner.
