Perfect attachment for our Ooni. Love being able to use either gas or wood. With the gas burner, it's quick to heat, and easy to dial in the temperature.

Ooni Karu Gas burner

This is a game changer if you are making a lot of pizzas. I have had my Ooni for about 1 year. I only used wood prior to purchasing and installing the gas burner. This burner gets the oven hot faster and stays at the right temperature longer and more easily.

I like to use wood, but with the gas burner is much easier, to get the right temperature faster, and to maintain the temperature between pizza and pizza. If you are going to make several pizzas, gas is better.
