Nice peace of kit, a shame it doesn't get really hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Verry little info about the connection of the regulator ( thread, quick release,...) . Well designed product works like a charm. The only thing i would say it is not hot enough. Takes more than 40 minutes to reach 350°c and could not get it higher.

Wood coal vs gas

I liked the wood coal. BUT, it burned so hot that it would burn out so fast. You had to constantly stoke the fire chamber.The chamber is too small. You had to wait for the temperature to reheat. Pizzas tasted great, but the whole process took a long time. The gas is much easier to use and the temperature is constant. The pizzas are good but the wood pizzas were the best. Since I can control the temperature I am able to cook other foods. Pork chops, steaks , seafood ,vegetables, etc.The pizza oven is now a salamander broiler.with a stone on the bottom.
