Gas burner works but regulator doesn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the regulator doesn't fit on gas bottles in Spain. It is too small. It is very difficult to find the right regulator / gas burner. This information is not clear on the website, difficult to find and honestly made me doubt a lot. had to buy another regulator cut off the old one and attach.

It got my Le Crueset griddle pan up to 500C for searing the sous vide best ever steak - which it turned out to be. But also was cool enough to “grill” cauliflower cheese to have with a leg of lamb I had seared in the Karu.

No where near as good as the original wood fire

The stone doesnt get hot enough to evenly cook the dough. But the toppings seem to burn. Such a shame as we love our pizza oven
