Easier than wood

Great addition to my Karu 12. Very easy to install and setup.
Much easier to control the heat compared to wood. Miss the woody flavour though.

The best thing I've done for my Ooni Katy was to convert it . It heats much faster and is very consistent . Won't be going back anytime soon!
