The taste with gas is

The taste with gas is very similar like wood. It can heat the stone a bit a slower, and I'm not 100% sure this burner is optimal with my 30Bar reducer. After usage the chimney was very sooty.

Great to deal with. I orderedthe wrong gas attachment & they collected it and sent the correct one without hesitation. Pizzas come out fast and delicious, really easy to use. For the fuel option oven make sure to grab a thermometer, makes all the difference for perfectly cooked bases and maintaining the heat. Highly recommend Ooni.

Really tough hard wearing and

Really tough hard wearing and heavy duty pan. Haven't had chance to use yet but it's really good quality. I have the ooni recipe book so I'll be trying out some ideas soon!

It does the job

It does the job, but it feels cheap. Also it does not seem to be as precise / accurate as other thermometers we have in our household. I think it does not match the quality of Ooni pizza owens.
