Great pan

Bought it to use in my Karu 12 . Grilled meat and vegetables. It's a great pan to have. The only thing, I would prefer it being twice wider, so you can load more into the oven.

Great addition for the karu12

The gas burner does what it says! Installation is very easy. The flames this thing is producing are high and the oven heating up very fast! It's easier than wood, you can cook with the door open and this gives you the chance to keep an eye on the pizza all the time and continously turning the pizza for perfect cooking. Design is beautiful and easy to use. Quality is also perfect! Well done ooni!

Wa sceptic about it when having it in my hands, since it's just made of plastic. But it works really well and it's a must have. Otherwise it's IMPOSSSIBLE to know if your Ooni is hot enough

Vital piece of equipment. We lit our ooni on a windy day and it was necessary to check the temperature often. Impossible without this tool.

Gas Burner Karu 12.

Seems to work fine although have only used it a nice so far. The flame did go out twice in hilts cooking so hopefully that isn't a recurring problem.
One observation though is the Ooni instructions are conflicting as to whether to leave the chimney on or not when using the gas burner. The main instruction booklet indicates regards at it should come off but then some images with the gas burner attached shows the chimney on. It's a little confusing and something Ooni needs to review.
