Better control if cooking multiple pizzas

Originally we used small pieces of apple wood to cook with. This worked great until trying to make several pizzas back to back. It was very difficult to control temps consistently. The gas burner allows for excellent heat control but sacrifices that applewood smoke flavor. I knocked off one star because it can be difficult to light using the ignitor.

Very easy to install and uninstall if you purchased a multi fuel oven. I have a little trouble getting mine started sometimes but I'm pretty sure it's operator error!

I love the gas burner. There were some issues with my previous gas burner from the time of purchase. I contacted Ooni about my problem and within a very short period of time received a new replacement. A big thank you to the folks at Ooni for the speedy resolve.

Don't think twice, worth the buy!

This worked amazingly well. We had a about 20 friends for dinner, we made 16 pizzas back to back. Yes, it was a lot of work, but this gas burner made it possible. The heat was consistent. Very little learning curve for use. Very easy to install. I love it!

Great addition to the Karu

I purchased this for flexibility. If I needed/wanted to cook fast, I have the ability to do so with gas. If I wanted a longer cook but the flavor of wood, it's easy to convert. It's all about choices.
Easy to attach and use. There's not really much you can say. Attach the gas, turn the burner, and you're cooking with gas.
I keep the burner attached to the over and store it that way; it doesn't add extra bulk to the oven. Highly recommend this if you're looking to add flexibility to your oven.
