Works well, but can't get

Works well, but can't get the temperature consistently as high as when using the wood but is definitely a lot less faff and will be using it this way through the winter!

Versatile!!

Brilliant for a quick Pizza fix and will enable us to take our Karu 12 with us camping as some sites don't allow wood or charcoal burning.
The only ˜cons' are that you need a gas bottle and you don't get those awesome ˜wood fired' flavours so much.
It's easier to control temperatures using this though & we are looking forward to trying roasts and other bakes soon!

Cooking on gas!

The gas burner turn the Ooni into a one man cooking machine, you no longer need to juggle cooking and keeping the fire box loaded! Really handy when you have more than 2 pizzas to do!
