Easy to change between gas and wood. Gas gives better temperature adjustment and consistent output. Pizzas lack to flavour of a wood fired cook but ease of use compensates. Best for cooking other foods with skillet etc. Adds a great flexibility to cooking options.

Cooking on gas.

Easy to install, lights well, quick delivery, only issue was I had to change the regulator to fit me gas bottles. I've not used wood since getting it.

Easy to use however doesn't get quite hot enough and the oven book and gas adaptor have conflicting instruction on using the glue or flue cap

Great piece of kit! The wood pellets were easy to light and provided a constant flame and heat, with only occasional adjustment needed to the chimney vent. I expected to have a few inedible pizzas before getting the hang of things, but great pizzas first time! Now looking forward to experimenting with different bases, and toppings. Absolutely delighted with my purchase.
