Totally recommended. Works fast efficiently and cleanly and everything cools down quicker too. Taste is not much different to the wood fired pizzas either so we're very contented with it

A must for the Karu...this makes the
Karu the ultimate and complete pizza oven. Anytime, anywhere any fuel charcoal, wood and now gas ..no fuss no trouble you just need a propane gas bottle easily obtainable from local diy stores, big retail builders merchants or camping and outdoor stores.
I simply can't fault it.

Bought the ooni gas burner to assist my son and his choices of fuel for his ooni pizza oven. He's used it twice....yes, in winter and outside!

The actual burner is good

The actual burner is good however the electric igniter stopped working on the 2nd time of using so have to light it with a lighter

Great product clearer instructions would have helped

First use wasn't sure if it was right for the flames to come out the front, worked out I needed the chimney - clearer instructions would have helped. Otherwise great!!

Great product makes cooking pizza easier

Great addition to the ooni oven make pizza cooking even easier. Heats up super fast. The gas burner keeps at a steady heat meaning you get a perfect pizza every time. I've cooked in rain and sun and also in the evening when it's cold and it made cooking pizza that little bit easier. I didn't have to keep toping up the wood.

Good temperature control works well

Good temperature control works well in cold weather just need to keep the opining out of wind as the door is not to be used.
Uses quite abit if gas's but makes the whole experience alit smoother as you don't have to constantly fill with wood.

Must have! I'm yet to try cooking with wood (it's winter and I've been very busy) however the gas burner gives great results!
