Only used this once so far, and it was quite a windy day. Due to the fact that you cannot have the door on, the flame kept blowing out when down low. Hmmmm annoying. However we persevered and go the hang of using it.
It so easy to attach, just 2 hex screws - the hex key is even suitably placed under the ooni. Ingenious!!
It lights easy enough, just push, click, turn and hold for a few seconds.
Cooking with this flame is so different to using charcoal and wood, Temperature was super hot when on full, but it is easier to regulate the heat.

I've only given 4 start atm, as have only used the item once. I suspect a non windy day and it'll be 5 stars all round!!! Sorry no pictures of the gas attachment, just our pizza!
We will just have to try it again when it is not so windy!!

Burner is excellent but unfortunately we have had to light the gas with a naked flame as the ignitor stopped working after a few days.

Great innovation and so easy to swap round from the wood burner. Love the constant flame for regularity especially when I don't have a spare helper to manage the fire.

Gas burner works a treat. Using the burner with the Uuni 3 after working out that it is compatible. Wish Ooni had told me so, as waited 2 years for the 3 burner to come back into stock - which it never did, despite Ooni saying to be patient.
