5-10mins stone is 380-410°
No messing around with flames etc.
Makes the pizza oven usage a bell of a lot easier and more enjoyable

If you want convenience then the gas option is the way to go - you have great control over the heat for cooking

Nice and easy to use and delivers a nice constant temperature. Preferred this to the wood chips which are good and add flavour but temperature is all over the place

Great for convenience

Essential extra for convenience and last minute decisions to have a pizza.
I found the instructions a little confusing, but now I know what I'm doing, works great.
Has the same gas connector as the bbq so can share the gas.
Gas gives better control over temperature and removes the frustration of trying to light wood.

Ignition is good. Inbuilt temperature

Ignition is good.
Inbuilt temperature gauge would help for being versatile.
Oven plate is great. Doesn't handle spillage well.
Overall burner is great. Used most weekends.
