I love having the option of gas!! I have had a couple issues,
it seems to take longer to heat up than with wood.
While cooking several pizzas for a potluck the burner kept shutting off.

Reluctantly switched from charcoal but very happy

Solid, well-made, heats the oven up much more quickly than using charcoal/wood. Has given me less to worry about when making the pizza and no significant change in my mind to pizza quality. Also a lot cleaner!

Game changer

I struggled to get my Ooni Karu 12 hot enough with wood/charcoal and decided to switch to gas. What a difference. Even at the height of winter, it gets up to 400C quickly and the pizza dough puffs up perfectly and its crunchy and airy. Glad I made the switch.
