Easy to switch out when I don't have time to use wood/charcoal. Also makes regulating temps much easier, especially when cooking a lot of pizzas back to back.

This attachment improves the quality

This attachment improves the quality of the pizza. It allows you to control the temperature so the crust cooks evenly while at the same time the toppings don't burn. The 90 second pizza now takes about 4 minutes, but is better.

Excited to finally get to try the propane burner with my wood fired Ooni Kari. It works great. Fast heat up and easy to control. It was definitely worth the wait.
