I find that the gas

I find that the gas burner gives much more even heat than the wood or charcoal burner. I am pleased the pizzas cook much easier.

Absolutely love it. Way more convenient than pellets and Cooks as well or better. Easily adjustable flame makes it lots more versatile for cooking a wide variety of foods besides pizza. Worth every penny.

The gas option is nice.

shifted from hardwood to gas and was concerned there would be a tradeoff with flavor. No issue at all. In fact, far better experience because of the consistent and higher heat. quality build, easy install, and quick lighting. I like the gas burner because now all I worry about is prepping and cooking rather than feeding the fire. Great product.
