Great product!

Excellent quality! Nice adjustable heat, starts up quick. I still will enjoy using wood outdoors especially in the summertime, but to add the gas option is awesome! Especially when weather isn't how you'd like it.

Really simple to setup. I do miss the flavour from the coal and the wood so I might alternate between using this and the other fuel types depending on what result I'm looking for, but the simplicity of the gas burner can't be beat!

It heats up super fast. And its an even heat. Our pizzas came out perfect without all the ash of wood or coal. Its the best.

You need the gas bruner

You need the gas bruner to take advantage of the ooni in full. I was finally able with gas to cook my pizzas. Just charcoal or wood does not work because they burn really fast and the compartment where you place it is too small.

Well you do have some issues you should look into. The wrench provided fits the old T27 screws. My 2021 has T20 screws so a wrench was needed to finish the change. Page 6
Also the book is blind to using the stack damper and door for pre heating or cooking. I think a few paragraphs on the best way to use this œnew model gas burner , would be wise. It can't reach a good plate temp with damper open and door open and closing the door trips the burner auto shutoff.
