Easy temp control allows for more time to focus on pizza prep and less time on keeping fire alive. Minimal, if any, difference in flavor vs wood/charcoal.

I love it. Super easy to use, great control and great for when I don't want to be outside tending to the wood fire on the ooni in the New England winter. Definitely recommend

Works fine when it decides to spark to ignite, about 50% of the time. Otherwise need to light by other source, which I would not recommend to novices!

Awesome attachment for the Ooni. It keeps a steady temp and the gas still allows it to have the wood fire taste. It performance is second to none! I would recommend this item to all that own an Ooni!
