You know I love the

You know I love the smell and the taste of a good oak fired wood pizza, but in the winter the key to a good pizza needs to occur in a limited time frame .thus the switch to a gas fired pizza oven with the turn of a few Allen keys and you're rocking to some Stringdusters, drinking a good Hazy, and singing with friends while the Za's keep rollin out. Love the option!

The gas burner works great. I do enjoy using the wood and charcoal but it's easier to regulate the temperature with the gas burner.

Nothing better for instant heat for cooking a great pizza. Not quite as flavorful as the wood fired. But, still a great pizza! The clean up using propane is easy and fast.

Game changer for sure! We

Game changer for sure! We were always getting soft pizza dough on the bottom of the pizza while the top cooked super fast. Now with this burner, it heats the stone fast and evenly in between cooks so it cooks the bottom to a nice crisp to match the toppings.

Keeps the temperature steady when

Keeps the temperature steady when compared to wood burning, it is also way cleaner as there is no soot left after you're done. Can also leave the burner on after to burn any oil left on the stone and keep it clean. I love the flexibility of being able to use the oven with either wood or gas, but for now, I prefer gas.
