I should have included this review with my Ooni Karu 12 multi fuel oven review. The gas burner is easy to install and allows you to adjust the temperature throughout the cook.

Great piece of technology simple

Great piece of technology simple to install within minutes with correct tools. Got hand it to you.
We have had the Ooni now 3 years gift from grandchildren was packed away in our Florida condo not able to use it was going bring it north to our home and use it there.
Things changed bought another condo can have gas grills pizza ovens now up and running making pizzas. Lot to lean question it states door off if using gas why is that takes lot gas and time with open door to heat up?
Other than that it's a nice piece of equipment for parties individual pizzas Etc highly recommend Ooni to anyone not wanting to spend a small fortune on a pizza oven and really built well and solid.
