The burner works well, and

The burner works well, and rectifies the soot issue with using wood fuel. It still struggles to get the stone hot enough to produce a crispy crust, so I'll be experimenting with pre-baking.

Heats Ooni in a fraction of the time it takes for the wood process. Didn't find much difference in the taste. As always, pizza taste delicious on this oven and we treated as a family event. Great product. Easy to use.
