An awesome option to have for ease of use!

Love having the gas burner! There is a little bit of a learning curve to control the heat from full on when heating up the stone to turn down a little so the top of the pizza and toppings don't burn.
So much easier than using wood and trying to keep the temperature where you want it to be. The ease of use outweighs missing the wood burning taste but you always have the option of going back to wood burning if you choose to.

Opens a new world with convenience of instant heat. Not the same as wood but good for quick events- tailgating etc.

Easy installation and easy to use and control the temp. My pizzas are much better using the gas attachment as I was having issues regulating the temp with wood and charcoal.

It is amazing! So convenient! The oven heats up more quickly than it does with the other fuel and stays at a more constant temperature. It doesn't get quite as hot-- maybe around 800 degrees F instead of 925 degrees F-- but still plenty hot to cook a pizza in just over 60 seconds.

A no-brainer

I love the taste of a fired pizza, but nothing beats the convenience of a rapidly heated pizza oven. The gas burner has great performance m; it is quick to heat and much faster to cool. This convenience makes the accessory a perfect addition for parties and travel. The accessory comes well packaged with the care you would expect from Ooni.
