The only way to go!

For me this was the best thing that could happen to my oven. It makes it possible to start the burner and make pizzas without running back and forth to tend the fire pot. Instead of being frustrated because things always felt rushed and out of control, I can now enjoy make consitent pizzas. It is still possible to burn the top and undercook the crust, but now it happens much less. I used to pre-cook crusts, but now custs cook quickly and more predictabley. Have only cooked 5 pizzas so far, but none of them were failures.

Works great and very adjustable. Glad we started this way, I can see were the wood would add some flavor. We are going to try that soon. I bought gas to make it easier going to other places to set up as well to take camping.

Easy to install and use

Gas burner is super easy to install and takes all the hassle out of supplying fuel via wood or charcoal. Gets up to temp in same amount of time and is easily adjustable for lower temps if desired.
