Super easy to install and use and makes pizza making so much faster and convenient! Cooking with wood is fun but it is definitely a big job - the burner makes using the oven soooo much easier!

Love the gas burner, not sure we will ever go back and use one of the other fuels, the gas burner makes it so easy, even heat, just way better around experience.

Love my Gas Burner

This make my Ooni much more efficient, and cleaner burning. It's quicker set up and cools down quicker rather then waiting for the wood to burn out. Which makes me use it more often even for one or two pies!

First off the installation was a breeze. The ease of use equally as breezy. Having the ability to just turn on heat up and eat up fantastic. I was enjoying the wood fire but I am loving this option.

As much as I loved the idea of a wood-fired pizza oven, I am sold on the gas burner. It allows me to focus on the pizza without having to make sure the fire is just right. (It's happened a couple of times with the pizza getting a little stuck to the peel due to the couple of extra minutes waiting for the oven.). And, the fact that the fact that you cook with the door off makes it even easier to monitor the cooking and pizza rotation. Pizzas got 2 big thumbs up from the family.

Loving the gas option!

Definitely a game changer! Works fantastic and provides much faster heat up time than wood burning. Also cools down faster without all the hot coals. Both (wood & gas) are fantastic options and pros and cons each, but for now I'm loving the convenience of using gas :)
