Have all 4 burners opened all the way and the grill is at only 210 degrees F after a half an hour. Will be returning this after my 1st attempt at using it.

We are really sorry your grill is only reaching 210 degrees with all four burners fully open after half an hour. Before you return it, we would love for you to try these regulator reset steps which often resolve exactly this kind of issue:
1. Turn all the knobs and the tank to the off position.
2. Disconnect the regulator from the propane tank.
3. Open the main lid (this step is important).
4. Turn on all main burners to the high position.
5. Let this sit 10 to 15 minutes completely untouched.
6. Once the time has passed, make sure all knobs are turned back to the off position.
7. Reconnect your propane regulator gas hose to the propane tank.
8. Slowly open the tank all the way, taking about 30 seconds to do so.
9. Then light your grill like you normally would.
If that does not resolve the issue, please give us a call at 1-800-913-8999 and we will get replacement parts on their way to you. We would love the chance to make this right before you return it!

Easy to put together; nothing missing. 74 yr old female and first attempt ever at assembling a grill. Very sturdy, rolls easily, price point very good. Can't wait to fire it up!
