[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the new fridge. The 4 door setup provides ample space, and allows the upper fridge to hold large objects. Access is very easy. Lots of shelving and drawers. Temperature controls are simple and easy to access.

The smart features are a big plus — I really like the Dual-Dispense AutoFill pitcher and the convertible temperature zones. I’m so happy with this refrigerator! It looks beautiful and modern in my kitchen. The space is amazing, highly recommend it!❤️🙏🏻❤️

I enjoy that I can customize the right bottom section of the refrigerator for either refrigerator freezer or just a store drinks. It’s very spacious with a big capacity ice maker!

Defective unit?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this delivered and installed yesterday. Temperature set to 37 for top fridge. 0 for the lower left freezer. 42 for the lower right. Opened the lower right door and everything including the wine was frozen. Kind of defeats the point. Unless my unit is defective?

We're sorry to hear about the items in the chiller getting frozen. It can take around 24 hours before each section of the refrigerator regulates to the set temperature. Food load is an important factor. The fresh food drawers and compartment should ideally be at least 1/2 full or more. Freezing is more likely to occur when the refrigerator does not have enough food to absorb the cold air. If you are still noticing issues, we suggest scheduling service with our Bodewell team.
