Poor quality.

I bought cafe appliances for my new kitchen. Dishwasher didnt work. Dishwasher was never used! Had to replace. Refrigerator gasket keeps popping off. Ice machine not working now! We have had these appliances for 3 months! We bought a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. All cafe GE from Rosners in Florida. Brand new. So disappointed. So frustrated.

I could not love this more.

I wanted to pick out a refrigerator because my old one was 20 years old. A friend recommended this Cafe model. I had been wanting the split freezer because I do not purchase boxes of anything. I felt like I could use he organization that this model affords and I was correct. I LOVE, LOVE the freezer. My husband was against getting a new refrigerator because our other one was still working and we have heard that nothing lasts more than 5 years anymore. We hope that is not true, because we so love this refrigerator. Even if it was just the water pitcher that fills automatically, it would have been worth it. Just FYI if you buy one. Make sure you purchase an authentic water filter. I bought from a website that I thought was authentic and it was scam.

Bigger and better…but

This is an amazing refrigerator- has completely changed the way we use our fridge. The capacity is so much bigger than our other counter top depth fridge. We love using the lower drink refrigerator and the freezer side is still quite roomy.
Big problem- the depth of the doors is so different from our prior model (20 years old), which had very slim doors and nearly zero clearance. This new GE has doors so deep we had to pull it out from back three inches more It sticks way out.
Also- do not believe the statement about 90 degree door access. Doors must be much wider open - 130 degrees to pull out all the drawers.

So sleek

We love this fridge and feel it was a good value for the price. We've had it for 6 weeks. The water pitcher and ice maker are especially great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the freezer hasn't been 100% consistent in holding it's temperature. Twice I've gone for ice cream and it was really soft, and no one had adjusted the settings. This hasn't happened in the last few weeks, so I'm hoping it was an anomaly.

Great design and efficient Space

Changed out to a new refrigerator. Our old one was about 15 years old. It’s amazing how much more space/useful space is available even though it fits in the same area. The water pitcher feature is very nice. Love the interior design and back lighting. The front of the refrigerator with the fingerprint resistant surface is a very nice feature. We really have appreciated our new refrigerator.
