Samsung truly is the best of the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung is hands down the best TV I’ve ever owned. The minimal borders look amazing and I’m super happy with it. The picture is great, though I do notice some slight discoloration on solid white screens. I wish it looked as clean and perfect as a white piece of paper, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The built-in speakers aren't the best, but adding a soundbar fixed it. I still wish dialogue was clearer and louder than background music, which is always much louder than dialogue, but overall, it’s a win. AI motion smoothing often gives a very artificial motion to people particularly and needs adjusted depending on the content (so every day). Still, it's the best TV I've had and it has hooked me on Samsung for life; I’ll definitely be buying them from now on, and already have replaced my washer and dryer with Samsung.

Your people need to understand that there are older customers out there who do not know how to use their smartphone, let alone understand the instructions given on screen. I'm 86 years old and I am about 50 percent in use of smartphones and computers. But I personally know other people my age and even younger who do not have any idea how to navigate. The instructions need to keep them in mind.
