Black Screen

There are times when I turn on the TV and the screen is black. I google as to how to fix the issue. Unplug and wait for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and it should turn on. This has been the biggest issue. Also, from time to time, I get the spinning white circle which I assume it is buffering.

This is a very beautiful TV. I’m very very particular, when it comes to clarity, connectivity and so much more. I prefer a higher refresher rate. Although 60Hz isn’t bad. I usually prefer much higher, but I must say this looks just as good if not better than my Samsung with a much much lighter refresher rate. Thank you for this magnificent TV. It’s absolutely perfect. We just moved and I was going to buy one. With all the moving expenses I couldn’t be more pleased with this TV. I really love it! Thank you! Samsung never fails to make a great product!

Great Interface

Furthermore the device is easy to manage with its fast interface I don't miss programs in the event of wifi disconnection. TV now feels like the dock of my entertainment, instead of its reflection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied with overall quality. Picture and sound are ok. Settings menu was a bit difficult to use. I gad to stumble though different menus to accomplish what I wanted and even that was sort of an “accidental” setting that I wanted. I have 3 other Samsung TV’s in my possession which have functioned without fault so far. The oldest one being 7 years old. RLC
