A Must-Have for Easy Pool Monitoring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this device. We used to fill a water bottle and take it to our local pool supply store just to check the pH and see what adjustments were needed. Having this in the pool makes that process so much easier.
I really like being able to quickly check the app to see how the pool is doing, including the water temperature. It is winter right now, so the temperature is a bit cold, but it is still helpful to have that information at a glance.
The solar-powered feature is another big plus. I do not have to worry about taking it out of the pool to charge it. My husband handles our pool maintenance, so consistent monitoring is important, and this device has been incredibly helpful. I would consider it a must-have for any pool owner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few weeks of use, I’ve enjoyed tracking important chemical properties in my pool. I’m taking a star off because setup took forever and was annoying and buggy, but now that it’s set up I can easily track salinity, pH, and temperature with my phone. The data visualization tools in the app are just ok, because I can’t zoom in on a graph to see small changes in conditions that I would expect when the pool maintenance guy comes around, or when the temperature changes. The device also tends to get stuck under the lip of my hot tub and can’t free itself. The solar charging works well but only if the sun is shining directly on it - the battery was not fully charging in indirect light in my pool, so I had to move it to the adjoining hot tub. Overall it’s a nice supplement to my other pool monitoring equipment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a life saver. We have an underground pool and the cost of hiring someone to maintain is just too much so we decided to take care of it by ourselves. We used to use test stripes to test water quality but it is so hard for me to compare the color and researching what does that mean. This water tester gives all the live time data and very accurate. The setup takes 1 or 2 minutes and after that just leave it in the pool and monitor from your cell phone. It is powered by solar but if it runs out you can also charge it by provided cable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic tool for pool maintenance. Set up was really simple- you use an app and it connects to WiFi. It’s solid and heavy for its size (not at all heavy to carry), so it feels durable. I absolutely love being able to look in the app and see recommendations for water quality and water temperature. There is also a calendar in there to track the history as it tests. This is a product I didn’t know I needed and makes pool ownership so simple!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aiper hydrocomm was easy to hook up to my WiFi and the app. It provides clear and up to date information about the pool that is useful. It is easy to use and easy to obtain the information via the app.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pool item! Everyone who has a pool should get this. We plugged it in for the initial charge overnight. Then we easily connected it to our phone and put it in the pool. It works so well and solar charges it now. The information it gives us is so helpful and our pool will stay sparkly clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is sleek and modern — looks sharp floating in the pool. Setup was quick, and the app works great. It connects easily even when I’m outside and away from my router, which is a big plus. The pH readings are accurate and very easy to follow in the app. Data is clear, well laid out, and updates reliably. Overall, the device and app feel well thought out and polished. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it doesn’t directly measure chlorine levels. Instead, it measures ORP (oxidation-reduction potential), which tells you how effective the chlorine is rather than the actual chlorine level. As a homeowner, that’s not exactly what I was hoping for, but it’s manageable. Aside from that, everything else about the device and app is awesome. Solid performance and great user experience overall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very high end pool monitoring system that works well and has a user friendly interface and app. It fits all the needs to monitor and maintain your pool. As of now I haven’t found any connection issues or difficulties navigating using the app. This is definitely one of those things where you didn’t know what you were missing out on until you experience it and now I do t want to live without it
