Powerful, easy to use, and keeps our pool effortle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Aiper Hydrocomm and have been so impressed with how well it works. It makes keeping our pool clean effortless, and I no longer worry about leaves, bugs, or debris floating on the surface. Setup was quick and easy, and I really like being able to monitor and control everything through the app. The unit feels well made, powerful, and efficient, and it runs quietly while doing its job. I’ve noticed a big difference in how clean the water looks, even between full cleanings. It saves me time and reduces how often I need to manually skim the pool. Overall, this has been a great addition to our pool routine and feels like a smart, worthwhile investment.

Great product, but room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This floating monitor is a great way to stay on top of pool maintenance. It tracks the temperature, PH and salinity of the water in an easy to access app. However, considering one of the probes included is described as a "dummy", purely for waterproofing, it seems like a missed opportunity that Aiper didn't include one that functioned and added additional monitoring capabilities.
Looking forward to having it run purely on solar power once the pool is in the sun, until then I will use electric for each 2 week charge.

Nice app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this in our hot tub and it seems to be working well! App was easy to connect and use. The manual instructions weren’t the best, and I had to twist the bottom off in the opposite direction that the instructions said… but once I got it manually set up, the app was easy

Easy connectivity to app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool chemical reader by Aiper was easy to connect to the app. After solar charging we connected it to the tether and put it in the pool. The app registered not only the chemicals but also the pool temp. We added acid and the app was quick to recalibrate with the updated info. This is going to make maintaining our pool easier with the accurate info. It does require replacing cells which are a bit costly, so we’ll see how often those need to be replaced. Overall it’s cheaper than a pool service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nifty pool gadget! The hydrocomm was a breeze to setup and had easy to follow instructions. Once in the pool I was done! It quickly calibrated and updated me. You can see temperature, PH balance, strength of your sanitizer..so many features. The all the best is the solar panel on top. No charging! I can check in and adjust my chemicals with confidence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so stoked to add Floaty Fred to the family! This is next level compared to a floating analog thermometer and test strips. It's solar powered, so rarely will need to be plugged in, and the companion app is easy to use and interpret. I can check on the overall water quality, temperature of the water and the air, the TDS, chlorine level, and ORP, and receive advice on how to improve levels that aren't where they should be. Currently, it is winter, so my levels are not great, but I'm also not jumping in to water that is 48° either, so it's fine. Once swimming season returns, I will be able to immediately see what needs to be done to achieve peak pool swimmability. The app also keeps track of the condition of the probes, so I'll kbow immediately if something goes wrong. This is a fantastic product that will really help me moniter and dial in my pool care and improve the quality of my pool owning experience.

I love that I can access the information I need 24

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a cool piece of technology. The 24/7 access means not having to play the guessing game with all of my pool levels. It recalibrates with updated information as soon as you add any chemicals or salt. Set up was quick and easy. The instructions did tell me to turn the base in one direction, when I had to turn it in the opposite. Otherwise, the instructions were pretty easy to understand. It does feel very durable and well made so it should stay looking and preforming well for a long time. It does require replacing cells, which can be costly, but we’ll see how long it lasts at a time. I love that you get notifications for anything that’s low. I also like that it charges by solar or through a power outlet. It seems to have accurate readings when I compare the results to traditional measurement methods. It is a bit bulky, and heavy but, it has a modern look that makes it okay. I had no problems getting it connected to my IPhone, and setting it up. This was pretty set it and forget it. I think this is a must have for pool owners that want piece of mind. I’m looking forward to many stress free seasons with this as my sidekick. I would highly recommend for people struggling to get the pool levels right, or just want to stop stressing it all the time. I’m definitely telling more people with pools about this awesome tool.
